Our magnificent Beach Haven House is located on a private and peaceful peninsula on

Nova Scotia's south shore, near the lovely community of Beach Meadows,

between Liverpool (15 minute drive) and Bridgewater (30 minute drive).  

It is 1.5 hours southwest of Halifax.

Beach Haven has a private sand and pebble beach, a saltwater pond, and is a very short

2-3 minute stroll down our private land from a world class white sand

beach, which is all but deserted. Our own saltwater pond provides a

perfect safe spot for children to play or learn such skills as kayaking.

The executive quality, three bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with glassed-in

sun room porch and an outdoor deck looking out over the ocean, has the

same quality and features as our other properties. With excellent

linens, kitchenware, 6 full-sized appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher,

fridge, stove, microwave), very comfortable beds, satellite TV, phone

and quality furnishings, Beach Haven House is ready to be your

home-away-from-home.

Located on a peninsula, Beach Haven House is a private 6 acre retreat offering quiet and

calm to immerse yourself in the beauty of the sea and the beach. At the same time it is a

scenic and easy 15 minute drive from the excellent restaurants, museums and stores of the

charming village of Liverpool, home of the privateers. The beaches and villages of the

south shore, including Lunenburg, a UNESCO world heritage site, are just moments away.

Halifax is about a 1.5 hour drive. Halifax International Airport and Yarmouth, if you should

be coming via the Cat ferry from Bar Harbour, are both about a 2 hour drive.

A stay at Beach Haven House is so much more than a vacation, it affords

the opportunity for the experience of a lifetime.  Restoration awaits in

the peaceful ambiance of this private 6 acre ocean side retreat located

on a peninsula in the Atlantic Ocean. Absorb the beauty of the sights,

sounds and smells of the sea from our own sand and pebble beach or amble

down our down our lane for 2 minutes and arrive at an all but deserted

world class white sand beach.

Absolutely amazing 270 degree views of the open ocean, the waves

breaking on the reef, Frying Pan Island and its scenic lighthouse and

the birds, seals and other wildlife that abound can be found outdoors or

in the spacious sun room. Our own saltwater pond provides a perfect spot

for safe adventures for children, such as learning to kayak. A glorious

pine cathedral ceiling crowns the open concept living room, dining room

and kitchen. The comfortable furnishings and ocean views and invite

relaxation.

Beach Haven is licensed and inspected by Nova Scotia's

Department of Tourism and Culture!
